This pattern is a PDF printable pattern, not a finished product.The Flex Fit OS (one size) Diaper Cover Pattern Set generally fits 9-45lbs depending on the build of your child.
This pattern is trimless and uses layers for options. Layers allows you to print specific features/options you want and the ability to turn off options you do not want.
See instructions for a detailed HOW TO on layers and how to use them. This pattern also comes with the option to print in A4 format for
internationals. This pattern is Fully customizable and has full photo tutorials for EACH style/ options!!
The Flex Fit OS Diaper Cover Pattern set comes with 2 cover patterns:
-The Full Fit Cover with roomy extra coverage to accommodate fitted
diapers, snappi’d/pinned prefolds/flats etc.
-The Trim Fit Cover that is trimmer cut to accommodate trifolded prefolds,
pad folded flats, soakers/inserts, etc.
Both patterns have optional flaps that can help hold a trifolded prefold etc or to give extra coverage and help prevent leaks.

The Flex Fit OS is a very FLEXible pattern! It’s great for chubby babies and
skinny babies alike.
What makes it special?
This pattern isn’t like other diaper patterns in that the front panel is angled as well as the front snaps or velcro. The way it angles is to accommodate room in the belly and thighs and to wrap around and fit “like a glove”. The angled fit also accommodates super chubby thighs as well as chicken legs. It also has a wide front panel. The back wings are also slightly angled and this combo seems to really contour to baby’s body and prevent gapping, sagging, and misfit.
The Flex Fit is a fuller cut than my flawless pattern as customers wanted more room and coverage in the butt for as baby grows and ages. It still fits great on little babies as well and is pretty trim. The flex fit was created after my flawless fit at the request of my customers to make a bigger longer fitting pattern that still had the great features of the flawless.
